What You Will Own
1. Lead Revenue Strategy
- Build and execute bold pricing strategies for rooms and banqueting that increase demand, strengthen yield, and drive profitable market share.
- Own the numbers that matter, including RevPAR, ADR, Occupancy, TrevPAR, and banquet yield, and turn performance data into decisive commercial action.
- Read the market with confidence by tracking booking pace, pickup, and competitive movement to seize revenue opportunities ahead of the curve.
- Lead focused revenue review conversations that align strategy, pace decision-making, and keep the business pointed toward growth.
2. Maximize Inventory and Yield
- Take full control of room, conference and banquet inventory to ensure every space is positioned to deliver maximum commercial return.
- Protect revenue by balancing availability, capacity and demand so high-value opportunities are never missed.
- Apply smart yield principles to event and banquet business through dynamic pricing, minimum spends, and demand-based selling.
- Optimize space allocation to prioritize the business mix that generates the strongest revenue contribution.
3. Accelerate Commercial Performance
- Drive a culture of revenue performance by championing commercial discipline and leading strategies that deliver visible top-line and bottom-line results.
- Challenge low-value business and push for decisions that protect profitability, strengthen yield, and improve overall revenue quality.
- Work hand in hand with Sales, Marketing and Operations to convert demand into revenue and turn opportunity into performance.
- Unlock incremental income through upselling, cross-selling, packaging, and targeted commercial initiatives.
4. Optimize Distribution and Channels
- Design a high-performing channel mix across direct, OTA, GDS, corporate, and group segments to maximize contribution and reduce revenue leakage.
- Protect pricing power by maintaining rate integrity and parity across every distribution touchpoint.
- Partner with Head Office on digital and e-commerce strategies that strengthen direct booking performance and commercial reach.
5. Turn Forecasts into Action
- Deliver accurate forecasts for rooms and banqueting that guide fast, confident, and commercially sound decisions.
- Spot risks early, capture upside quickly, and keep performance ahead of budget and forecast expectations.
- Translate complex data into clear commercial insight for Head Office and the Unit GM, enabling smarter action across the business.
6. Influence Across the Business
- Influence key stakeholders across the resort by building trusted partnerships with the Unit GM, departmental heads, Sales & Marketing, Reservations, and Front Office teams.
- Provide strong commercial direction that keeps teams aligned, performance-focused, and committed to revenue growth.

Who You Are
- Strong commercial instinct with a passion for results and growth.
- Confidence and credibility to influence senior stakeholders and drive decisive action.
- Advanced analytical capability, including demand forecasting and pricing strategy development.
- Strong understanding of hotel distribution systems, including OTAs, GDS, and CRS platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to manage both rooms and MICE/event revenue streams successfully.
- Excellent negotiation, judgment, and decision-making skills.
What You Need to Succeed
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 2 years’ experience in Revenue Management, ideally within a resort or large-scale hospitality operation.
- Proven experience managing both rooms and banquet or conference revenue streams.
- Hands-on familiarity with revenue systems, including RMS, PMS, and channel managers.
