About the Role
As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for driving branch growth, ensuring operational excellence, managing loan portfolios, enhancing customer experience, and leading high-performing teams. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the organization’s strategic objectives while making a meaningful impact in the communities we serve.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive branch growth and profitability through business development and market expansion initiatives.
- Oversee branch operations, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and exceptional service delivery.
- Manage and maintain a high-quality loan portfolio through effective credit appraisal and risk management.
- Build and strengthen customer relationships while promoting excellent customer service standards.
- Lead, mentor, and develop branch staff to achieve performance targets.
- Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and operational excellence.
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma or Degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Practical experience in a Microfinance Institution.
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a similar leadership role.
- Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
