Job Description

Are you a results-driven leader with a passion for sales, customer service, and retail operations? We’re looking for a Branch Manager to lead our team, drive branch performance, and deliver an exceptional customer experience at Muthokinju Paints & Cement.

Key Purposes

• Drive branch performance to meet or exceed monthly and annual revenue targets.
• Identify new sales opportunities and initiatives to grow the branch’s customer base and revenue
• Maintain a clean, organized, welcoming store; uphold service standards; evaluate and improve customer service.
• Oversee on-time, accurate deliveries; resolve logistics issues; ensure complete documentation; track performance and take corrective action Keep the branch clean and organized; oversee daily reporting/documentation; ensure compliance with admin and operational procedures.
• Lead performance management and development; promote teamwork, accountability, and a high-performance culture

Requirements
Education Qualification & Experience:

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business management, Retail Management, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Additional short courses in Retail Operations, Inventory Management, Customer Service Excellence, or Leadership.
• 3-5 years of progressive experience in retail operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role

Required Skills & Expertise

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales/revenue targets.
• Hands-on experience in stock control, inventory accuracy, and shrinkage reduction.
• Experience managing customer service standards, handling escalated
• complaints, and driving customer retention.
