Centre Manager at Bliss Healthcare

Bliss Healthcare is seeking a qualified, experienced, and results-driven Centre Manager to lead its medical centre operations and ensure quality patient care, operational efficiency, and excellent service delivery.

Who Can Apply?

  • A Diploma in Clinical Medicine and Surgery.
  • Advanced training in Healthcare Quality Management or Health Systems Management is an added advantage.
  • Must be registered and licensed to practice by the Clinical Officers Council or an equivalent regulatory body.
  • Minimum of 5 years of post-internship experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role within a busy healthcare facility.
  • BLS and ACLS certification is desirable.
  • Proficiency in English and Swahili.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
