P.C.E.A Tumutumu Hospital, a faith-based Level Five Referral Hospital located in Nyeri County, 5 km from Karatina Town, wishes to fill the following vacancies:

1. PERI-OPERATIVE THEATRE TECHNOLOGIST

No. Required: 1

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Diploma in Peri-operative Theatre Technology.
• At least 2 years relevant experience in a busy Theatre set-up.
• Demonstrate competence in handling surgical instruments, equipment, and supplies.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Training in BEMONC, BLS and ACLS is an added advantage.

2. CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

No. Required: 1

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Diploma in Customer Service, Front Office Operations, Healthcare Administration or Public Relations from a recognized institution, or an equivalent qualification.
• 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Customer focus and results oriented.
• Strong interpersonal skills, team playing abilities, and communication skills.
• Strong ethical standards with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Friendly, Patient and compassionate.
