CJ’s Restaurant is seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily operations at its upcoming branch. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining operational standards, supervising staff, and supporting the restaurant’s overall success.
Key Responsibilities
- Operations Management: Oversee daily shift operations, staff scheduling, and inventory management.
- Guest Experience: Deliver exceptional customer service and professionally resolve guest concerns and complaints.
- Compliance & Standards: Enforce strict cleanliness, food safety, hygiene, and grooming standards.
- Team Leadership: Mentor, motivate, and support team members while maintaining efficiency during busy service periods.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
- Proven leadership and management experience within the hospitality industry.
- Strong problem-solving, negotiation, organizational, and decision-making skills.
- Demonstrated ability to coach, motivate, and build high-performing teams.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Impeccable grooming and professional presentation.
