Key Requirements
Applicants should meet the following qualifications and experience:
- Valid Flight Dispatcher License
- Minimum of 5 years’ relevant operational experience post licensing
- Experience in operations control and flight dispatch
- At least 3 years’ supervisory or team management experience
- Strong understanding of aviation operational requirements and regulatory standards
- Bachelor’s degree in a business discipline or other relevant field
